TNT Speed Training

At TNT we know speed, this is our speciality. Our head coach has been a state sprint coach for the past 10+ years and has his own track sprint squad that competes at State and National level. He has also worked with international sprinters.

Speed is our area and if you would like to increase your speed for your chosen sport then we are the team to help you.  We have a number of different options to suit every athlete or club requirement.

Our speed sessions are located at Park 10 Adelaide University Loop, War memorial Dr, North Adelaide

 

Our training sessions focus on

  • How to perform a dynamic warm up

  • Sport Specific Speed

  • Sprint drills

  • Agility + Speed 

  • Testing

1:1 Speed Training

This is a private coaching session and is 60 minutes. Our coach will perform some speed testing and then develop an individual speed program for the athlete.

Group Speed Training

This is a group speed session with multiple athletes from a variety of sports. Our maximum is 10 per group. The time for this session is 60minutes.

Group Junior Speed Training 

A 60min group speed session for junior athletes from all sports 10 to 17years old.

Club Speed Training

This is for teams that want our coach to consult with the coaching staff and team to develop  a speed program during pre season and then have ongoing access throughout the season with our head coach.
