

TNT toddler tots aim is to encourage and develop strength, coordination and fitness to the whole body whilst having fun. These classes are designed to help nurture and develop a healthier future generation. We want to help shape and develop the next generation of athletes and healthy children. This is an exercise and sport based program designed for growing toddlers to preschoolers located in Adelaide, SA.
These classes are designed to emphasise and development of both physical and cognitive abilities of toddlers and preschoolers by incorporating fun activities like strength exercises, coordination exercises and mobility routines. The goal is to help children enhance their foundational fitness levels while improving their fine and gross motor skills and movement patterns.
Our 8 week programs have been developed by our physiotherapist, psychologist, strength & conditioning coaches and sport scientists.

Moreover, these classes often include teamwork and problem-solving tasks, which not only boost social skills but also encourage cognitive development. Engaging children in such activities from an early age promotes physical health and instills lifelong habits of active living and collaboration. This holistic approach fosters improved self-esteem, resilience, and overall well-being, equipping children with the confidence and vigor to tackle future challenges.

Parent participation in our TNT Toddler Tots 2yo-3yo is required to help engage your child in the session and to have fun.
