TNT Group Speed Training

At TNT Speed, speed isn’t just something we coach — it’s our speciality.

Our Head Coach and assistant coach has been a State Sprint Coach and athlete for over 20+ years and lead their own competitive track sprint squad, with athletes competing at State and National level. Our Head coach has also worked with Olympians, Commonwealth Games representatives and international sprinters as well as other high performance sport. 

If you want to improve your speed, refine your technique and push your performance to the next level — TNT Speed is for you.

What’s Included in Group Speed Training

Group sessions focus on:

  • Sprint fundamentals & technical sprint drills

  • Speed testing (10m, 20m, 30m)

  • Dynamic warm-up education

  • Sport-specific speed & movement

  • Agility development

  • Strength & body control

📍 Location: Park 10, Adelaide University Loop, War Memorial Drive, North Adelaide

Group Speed Training 

TNT Group Speed Training ​

A 60-minute group speed session designed for athletes from all sports who want to improve speed, coordination and confidence in a structured, high-performance environment.

Session Details:

  • 🕒 60 minutes

  • 📅 Saturdays | 10:30am – 11:30am

  • 💰 $160 per month 

  • 👥 up to 15 athletes in a group 

We focus on sprint mechanics, acceleration, agility, movement skills and age-appropriate speed development.

* A 60 minute athlete testing option can be added at an additional cost.

* A specific Strength & Conditioning program designed to further enhance speed can be added at an additional cost.
