Meet Our Health Psychologist 

Paul is a Health Psychologist who takes a collaborative, client-centred approach to therapy, supporting individuals to create meaningful and lasting change.

He works with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, eating disorders, and performance anxiety. Paul also has a strong interest in sport and rehabilitation psychology, helping individuals optimise performance, build resilience, and enhance recovery.

With specialised training in health psychology, Paul supports clients managing chronic illness, injury, and disability. He assists individuals to adjust to new diagnoses, manage symptoms such as fatigue and pain, reduce health-related stress and anxiety, and improve day-to-day coping strategies.

Paul has experience working across a broad range of conditions, including gastrointestinal disorders, respiratory illness, diabetes, arthritis, cancer, and chronic pain. He is passionate about helping individuals maintain function, stay engaged with treatment, and continue living meaningful and active lives despite ongoing health challenges.

Paul utilises a range of evidence-based approaches including:
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
• CBT-E (Enhanced CBT for eating disorders)
• Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
• Clinical Hypnosis
• DBT-informed skills
• Elements of Schema Therapy

His calm, practical, and supportive style empowers clients to take control of their health, wellbeing, and performance.
