At TNT Speed, speed isn’t just something we coach — it’s our speciality.
Our Head Coach and assistant coach has been a State Sprint Coach and athlete for over 20+ years and lead their own competitive track sprint squad, with athletes competing at State and National level. Our head coach has also worked with Olympians, Commonwealth Games representatives and international sprinters as well as other sports in High Performance.

What’s Included in Individual Speed Training
Every 1:1 athlete begins with a 45-minute athlete assessment with our TNT physiotherapist prior to speed training to ensure optimal movement, efficiency and injury prevention.
Our speed sessions last for 60 mintues.
