Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS Parents agree that by enrolling in our classes they are allowing their children to participate at their own risk. In agreeing to attend a TNT Toddler Tots class I: Release and forever discharge TNT Performance & Rehab and TNT Toddler Tots from all claims that I may have or may have had arising from, or in connection with, my and myself and a TNT Toddler Tots class. I state that my child has not at any time suffered blackout, seizure, convulsion, fainting, dizzy spells or any other medical condition and is not presently receiving treatment for any illness, disorder or injury which would render it unsafe for my child to take part in a TNT Toddler Tots classes. I have read and I consent for my child to participate in a TNT Toddler Tots Class and understand the risk involved and further agree to be bound by the TNT Toddler Tots Code of Conduct and operating rules. I acknowledge that TNT Performance & Rehab uses its best endeavours to ensure that the equipment and sporting facilities used in the program are safe and fit for purpose and acknowledge that all sports are inherently dangerous. I have voluntarily read and accept the inherent associated risks. TNT Performance & rehab and TNT Toddler Tots means all directors personally and in their capacity as a director, agents, allied health practitioners and any representatives of TNT Toddler Tots. TNT Performance & Rehab include all programs and activities that you or your child participate in during our courses and classes. This includes but is not limited to any organised sport, training, facilities, equipment, activities and testing provided by TNT Performance & Rehab. HOT WEATHER POLICY For our outdoor classes held in Term 1 and 4 if the temperature is scheduled to be 37 degrees or above 24 hours prior then the TNT Toddler tots class will be rescheduled for the end of the term. An email will be sent out to all parents the night before to confirm the rescheduled session. CANCEL/REFUND POLICY By enrolling in our classes, you are committing to a service contract for a complete term. TNT Performance & Rehab does not offer refunds if there is an issue with the service that is outside of our control. i.e - a change of mind. PARENT PARTICIPATION Parents and guardians are required to be present for the duration for the Toddler Tots 2yo-3yo exercise class at both locations. *see full terms and conditions for more information please on the bottom of the page
